Return Policy

Before returning any product to Hound Recovery Outdoors LLC the customer must contact Wade Holdcraft at 870-807-2119.

Warranty

The Xtenda Range Antennas are covered against manufacturers defects for a period of six months from the date of purchase.  The warranty does not cover damages caused by normal or extreme hunting conditions.

 

Money Back Guarantee

The Xtenda Range Antenna is covered by a money back guarantee provided you follow the steps listed below:

 

     Within 14 days of receipt of your antenna you must compare the Xtenda Range Antenna to the antenna you were using prior to the

     purchase of the Xtenda Range Antenna in a fair comparison test.  If the Xtenda Range Antenna does not out-perform your existing

     antenna you may return it for a full refund, providing it is returned to Hound Recovery Outdoors LLC undamaged.

 

     Please call Wade Holdcraft to discuss problems you may be having with the test or your Xtenda Range Antenna.

 

     If any issues or problem cannot be resolved you may return the antenna for a full reimbursement providing the antenna has not

     been damaged.
